For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for property. For the last 15 years I have been involved in some shape or form in real estate. I have worked as a real estate agent (obtaining my license in 1995), property photographer and videographer and, for the past 10 years have run a successful business specialising in real estate marketing and promotion.
Property makeovers has always been a hobby of mine. I have bought and sold several properties of my own, all of which I have styled (on a tight budget) to return a tidy profit. Friends have always asked me for advice when they are selling their homes or investment propeties. SO, after persistent prompting from family and friends I have now turned my hobby into a business.
