Since originally working on the Banksia Arborcare website back in 2021, Google had made many changes to their algorithm and their requirements of websites. It was time to refresh the Banksia Arborcare to ensure it adhered to these changes and retained their ranking on Google.

While alot of important work was done behind the scenes to ensure the website adhered to Google’s updates, I also refreshed the website design and layout.  I curated and added new content with the goal of targeting a wider range of keywords and search terms.

Now, another WordPress upgrade and web design refresh shouldn’t be necessary for another few years.  During this time, the addition of new content every few months will keep Google happy and ensure the website is fresh when potential customers looking for Northern Beaches tree services visit.

Banskia Arborcare are highly experienced Northern Beaches arborists specialising in all tree services including tree removal and trimming.

I started working with Banksia Arborcare years ago when they contacted me to undertake an independent SEO assessment of their website.

They had a website built by another web design company who had charged them for search engine optimisation but hadn’t done it.  The Banksia Arborcare website wasn’t ranking at all on Google.

Unfortunately, this is a common problem. Some website developers want to rope their clients into an expensive Google Adwords campaigns or Pay-Per-Click advertising so they can claim ongoing commissions from Google.  They don’t want the website to rank organically because they will no need Adwords.

Sadly, the Adwords campaign was costing more than the number of converted enquiries that were being received so they were losing money every month.  They contacted me to do an SEO assessment and report back to them.  I reported the problems and they employed me to correctly optimise the website for organic SEO.  To reduce the costs, I retained the original website and worked around it.

We had been using different internet marketing companies for years and were nowhere near happy with any of them. After winging to a mate about it, he recommended Rebecca at RAM Marketing.
