Bare You is a Sydney based online business selling natural deodorant products.  The owners of this start-up had made an attempt to develop a website themselves however quickly found the process fraught with problems. This is when they approached me for assistance.

First, I discussed with the client their goals for the online shop, including their target market.  With a clear understanding of their expectations, I recommended a WordPress website with WooCommerce installed to handle their online purchases.

WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin (extension) that powers approximately 28% of all online stores globally* making it the most popular eCommerce platform on the internet.  I have been developing WordPress websites with WooCommerce integration for 15+ years and love its flexibility, ease of use and extensions that allow store owners to effectively upsell to customers. Using SEO to target customers around Australia

Bare You targets customers around Australia so search engine optimisation was an integral component of this new WordPress WooCommerce website.

To this end, I undertook extensive keyword research to gain an insight into what keywords their potential customers were using to find and, importantly, purchase natural deodorant products online.

With this information, I developed a detailed SEO strategy for the entire website. This formed the basis for the content and information required to ensure the website had adequate keyword relevancy.
